As part of National Careers Week 2021, Southwark College has launched a new series of live expert-hosted interactive online careers sessions, to inspire people from all backgrounds to consider jobs in sectors across London.

The Southwark Live sessions are reaching out to school students and the people who support them to encourage more people to consider careers in sectors across London.

With events running each day, professionals who work in each sector will be answering questions and giving students an insight into the different career paths available, helping them to get in to employment.

Annette Cast, Principal at Southwark College, said: “We are really excited to share these events in support of National Careers Week. It will help our students be aware of the different careers available in their chosen fields and inspire them to reach for the stars. National Careers Week is an excellent time to show our students how to channel their potential and to offer our support to help them achieve their ambitions.”

The Southwark Live series includes live Q&As on Southwark College socials as well as on Microsoft Teams. Visit each event using the information below.
