During the audition, the students showcased their skills by singing and playing various instruments, including the keyboard, drums, and guitar. They received valuable feedback from Anna on their performances to support their artistic development.

Anna Ross brings a wealth of experience and a keen ear for musical excellence, having collaborated with several music icons like Tina Turner, Sting, Mark Ronson, Janelle Monae, Nile Rodgers, Tom Jones, Stereophonics, Jamiroquai and Duran Duran.

Anna said:  "I'm delighted to share my insights and experiences with these talented students from Southwark College. Music education is a crucial stepping stone in an artist's journey. I'm eager to witness the passion and creativity these young musicians bring to the stage."

Lilly Stiles, a Level 3 Music student, said: "My love and unwavering passion for music is the driving force behind my decision to audition. The prospect of receiving feedback from Anna Ross and our teacher, Chris Baker, is not just an opportunity for evaluation but an excellent opportunity for growth. Their combined expertise and constructive feedback have provided me with insights and areas for improvement, helping me become a better musician."

Scott Peasey, Vice Principal at Southwark College, said: "Thank you to Anna Ross for visiting our College and giving our students invaluable feedback that will build their confidence and stage presence and help them become the best musicians they can be. This type of audition is a significant chapter in the musical journey of these aspiring artists, and we look forward to offering more students similar opportunities in the future."
