Southwark College will be hosting a series of events next week to celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD) 2021, and join the campaign for equality, highlight women’s achievements in a range of sectors and raise awareness of the issues women face in the modern world.

Principal, Annette Cast, commented: “I am thrilled to join in the celebration of International Women’s Day and I am humbled by the amazing social, economic, and cultural contributions women make despite facing inequality.

“Equality and diversity are paramount to everything we do at Southwark College; we are proud to support the campaign and I encourage staff and students to participate in the events we have planned for next week.”

The Student Services team has organised the following events for students and staff.
