Southwark College's Level 3 Dance students were selected to perform at EDUCATE!, a reknown youth dance platform hosted by Flexus Dance Collective at the Arena Theatre in Wolverhampton. This significant event provided an outstanding opportunity for the students to showcase their dedication, creativity, and skill on a larger stage, enhancing the college's growing reputation for nurturing emerging talent in the performing arts.

The students' performance featured their original work, titled Former Relations, which was created specifically for their final major project. This performance not only highlighted their artistic vision but also their technical prowess and confidence in front of a diverse audience that included fellow dancers, educators, and art enthusiasts.

The feedback from the EDUCATE! event was overwhelmingly positive. Audience members, organisers, and participating performers praised the students for their artistic quality, professionalism, and impressive stage presence. This performance marked a pivotal moment for the Level 3 Dance group, as it was their first opportunity to perform outside of their usual environment and their inaugural performance beyond London.

This achievement represents a significant milestone in the students' dance journey, opening doors to future opportunities and providing invaluable experience in a professional setting. The performance at Wolverhampton not only showcased the students' hard work and dedication but also served as an inspiration for their upcoming final major projects and future endeavours in the world of dance.
