Customer services is staffed weekdays during term time 9am - 4pm. For all enquiries outside of these times, please submit an enquiry form and an Advisor will come back to you as soon as possible. For out of hours safeguarding information, please click here.

Our Campus, Switchboard and Customer Services inboxes will be closed from Friday 19 December 2025 for the Christmas break.

During this period, emails, calls and chat messages will not be monitored. Normal services will resume on Monday 5 January 2025.
