Southwark College is supporting the Association of Colleges 'Love Our Colleges' campaign during Colleges Week to celebrate the brilliant work Further Education colleges do day in and day out to build communities, boost businesses, and support individuals achieve their career ambitions.

The College will open its doors to the local community for an open day event on Wednesday 19 October from 4pm – 7pm to help young people and adults in Southwark and the surrounding areas to find out more about post-16 education and training options, as well as employability courses to support job seekers to get back into the workforce.

Colleges Week takes place from Monday 17 October to Friday 21 October 2022 and celebrates the brilliant things colleges do to build communities, boost business and support individuals to gain the necessary skills for their chosen career fields and improve opportunities and job prospects.

Southwark College is closely monitoring all communications and guidance as it becomes available.
