    Aims of the course

    The aim of the course is to help learners develop their knowledge and skills in science and health care while also developing their English and maths skills.

    Progression Opportunities

    On successful completion of this course learners will be able to progress onto either our GCSE science programme or L2 Health and Social Care.

    Facilities

    • Lessons- Workshops- Science labs- Learners will also complete some units in a practical setting such as day centres and carry out a work placement in a health and social care or science setting.

    Career Options

    On successful completion of this course learners will be able to progress onto our GCSE science programme L2 Health and Social Care or an apprenticeship.
