Entry Requirements
Evidence of previous experience or study in drama, dance or movement at an appropriate level - 4 GCSEs at Grade 2-3.
Assessment Method
Continuous assessment: by practical work , by project completion, online portfolio submission, presentations, written research projects, group work.
Aims of the course
The L2 Progression Diploma has been designed to introduce you to a range of creative study in the performing arts. At the same time, you will complete GCSE qualifications in English and maths.The course will give you the all-round skills that you need in order to progress to level 3 study in dance or drama.
Progression Opportunities
This qualification will prepare you to study on a UAL L3 Diploma at Southwark College: in Performing and Production Arts.
Facilities
The programme is delivered through a mixture of lessons, workshops, and projects. Learning will take place in classrooms, studios, off-site in trips to creative venues and in projects with external partners.
