- Level 1 English and maths or Access Award in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
Assessment Method
Externally assessed Computer Based Assessment.
Aims of the course
Learn key double-entry manual bookkeeping skills and gain an understanding of associated documents and processes up to Trial Balance standard. The Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping course gives students the knowledge understanding and skills that they need to prepare for employment and Level 3 qualifications.
Progression Opportunities
Having successfully completed this course you may choose to progress to AAT Advanced Certificate in Bookkeeping or enter employment within the finance sector.
