Entry Requirements
Evidence of previous experience or study in creative media at an appropriate level.
4 GCSEs at Grade 2-3.
Assessment Method
Continuous assessment: by practical work , by project completion, online portfolio submission, presentations, written research projects, group work.
Aims of the course
The Level 2 Progression Diploma has been designed to introduce you to a range of study in digital media focusing on games design. At the same time, you will complete GCSE qualifications in maths and English. The course will give you the all-round skills that you need in order to progress to level 3 study in creative media.
Progression Opportunities
This qualification will prepare you to study on a Level 3 UAL Diploma in Creative Media Production & Technology at Southwark College.
Facilities
The programme is delivered through a mixture of lessons, workshops, and projects, and happens in the classrooms, in the studios, off-site in trips to creative venues and in projects with external partners.
