" I’ve really grown up during my time at Southwark College. It’s a different mentality coming to college rather than a school and I like it. Southwark College also encourages students to become more involved in everyday college life and this includes Student Union, Course Representative and Student Ambassador.”

"Southwark College put me on the straight and narrow path as soon as I joined to study. They made me realise that the college is not like school. I have learned a lot at Southwark College and I’m extremely thankful for everything they have done for me"

Current students should click here for immediate access to Moodle.

Moodle is the College Virtual Learning Environment [VLE]. It is an online learning tool that contains information about courses and provides communication channels to help learners communicate with each other and with their teachers. Teachers upload course information to Moodle for learners to access whenever they like.
Although the information on Moodle will vary from course to course it will typically include:

·         Announcements

·         Scheme of work

·         Syllabus

·         Course handbook

·         Teacher contact details

·         Course notes and handouts

·         Course assessments

·         Email

·         Discussion boards and chat rooms

Learners with a Moodle account can access the online bulletin board, discussion boards and chat rooms as well as important information about their courses, course materials and exercises. All learners can access their personal Moodle account from any online machine inside or outside the College.
