Course difficulties

Resources

We have up to date careers and welfare information in the Learning Resource Centres at each of our three sites. They contain up to date material on Higher Education, Job search, C.V and Interview technique.

Referral

We try to help all customers with their enquiries but there may be occasions when we are not the best people to assist you. If this is the case we may refer you to another source of help either within the college or to an external organisation. We have a strong partnership with Connexions who are available in the college providing support to 14-19 year olds.

We will discuss the reason for any referral with you and give you the right information to help you contact the relevant services or agencies.
